After payment: the welcome email

As soon as Stripe has confirmed your payment, Teamdock sets up your workspace. That usually takes a few minutes. You then get one welcome email at the address you entered when signing up. Which email you get depends on your choice of WordPress hosting.

The email comes from noreply@teamdock.ai and is in English.

Which email do you get?

You connect your own WooCommerce (no hosting)

Subject: Your Teamdock workspace is ready — activate it now

The email contains:

• The button Activate my workspace → and the same link again to copy. This is your activation link to setup.
• A short list of what comes next: connect your shop with REST API keys, set up your WordPress Application Password, done.
• The address of your login page, yourcompany.teamdock.ai/login. Bookmark it.

The activation link is valid for 14 days. Continue with Setup.

With WordPress hosting, and your shop is already connected

Subject: Your WooCommerce store is live on Teamdock — log in now

Teamdock has installed WordPress and WooCommerce for you and already connected your shop to your workspace. There is no setup wizard. The email contains:

• Open my workspace →, the link to your login page.
• Your Username for Teamdock.
• Reveal my login password →: with this you collect your login password (a WordPress Application Password) once. For security, the password itself is not in the email.
• Under WordPress admin: the address of your WordPress admin, your username and the button Set my store password → to choose your WordPress admin password.

Both links are valid for 14 days and work only once. See Setup for what to do next.

With WordPress hosting, but one more step is needed

If not everything could be connected automatically, you get the email Your Teamdock workspace is ready — activate it now, with two steps:

1. STEP 1: WordPress & WooCommerce. Choose your WordPress admin password with Set my store password → and log in. Install WooCommerce if that has not happened yet, and create REST API keys under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API. The email says exactly what is already installed.
2. STEP 2: Activate Teamdock. Click Activate my workspace → and follow Setup. Your shop’s address is already filled in there.

Something went wrong while setting up

If you get the email We’re on it — your Teamdock workspace setup hit a snag, your payment went through but your workspace is not ready yet. Our team has been alerted automatically. You get a new email with your login details as soon as everything is ready. If you hear nothing within a few hours, email support@teamdock.ai.

Note

You do not pay for the time your workspace was unavailable. If the problem cannot be solved, you get a full refund.

The email does not arrive

1. Wait a few minutes. Setting up takes a moment.
2. Look in your junk or spam folder, and search for teamdock.
3. Check that you entered the right address when signing up. It is shown on the You’re all set! page after payment.
4. Go to yourcompany.teamdock.ai/login. If the workspace has not been activated yet, you see Activate your workspace with the button Request a new activation link →. Enter the email address you signed up with. See Requesting a new activation link.
5. Still not working? Email support@teamdock.ai with the name of your workspace.

Caution

Requesting a new activation link only works while setup has not been finished, and only for the email address you signed up with. After setup you log in with your WordPress username and Application Password.
