Your shop and Teamdock
Teamdock works with a WooCommerce shop. Orders, products and customers come from your shop, and what you change in Teamdock goes back to your shop. You can start in two ways: Teamdock creates a new shop for you, or you connect the WooCommerce shop you already have.

A shop hosted by Teamdock
Section titled “A shop hosted by Teamdock”You choose this when you sign up at teamdock.ai: tick Add WordPress hosting. It is an add-on with its own monthly price, shown on the sign-up page. Teamdock then creates a separate WordPress site with WooCommerce for you, sets it up for a Dutch shop and connects it to your workspace.

What happens between Teamdock and your shop
Section titled “What happens between Teamdock and your shop”- Reading and writing. Teamdock reads orders, products and customers through the WooCommerce REST API and writes changes back, such as a new status or an edited product.
- Notifications from your shop. When you connect, Teamdock switches on webhooks in your shop. That way Teamdock hears straight away when an order comes in or a product or customer changes. Notifications about new orders and your automations run on these too.
- Signing in. You sign in to Teamdock with your WordPress username and an Application Password. See First login.
